Processing time is typically 5–10 business days for custom items. Bulk orders or highly detailed designs may take longer. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Because items are custom-made, all sales are final.
However, if there is an error on our part (wrong item, design, or damage), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist.
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
