Yes! Customization is our specialty. You can personalize items with names, sayings, colors, themes, or designs. Please provide all customization details at the time of ordering.
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days for custom items. Bulk orders or highly detailed designs may take longer ( 10 days or longer). Processing time does not include shipping time.
Rush orders may be available depending on availability. Please message us before placing your order to confirm rush pricing and turnaround time.
Because items are custom-made, all sales are final.
However, if there is an error on our part (wrong item, design, or damage), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist.
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Please double-check spelling, colors, and details before submitting your order. Chazzy Creations is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
We use high-quality materials including premium vinyl, sublimation ink, and durable blanks to ensure long-lasting designs. Care instructions are provided with each item.
To maintain quality:
Hand wash cups/tumblers (no dishwasher)
Do not microwave
Wash apparel inside out in cold water
Avoid bleach and high heat
